Itamar Granberg's works on display in the exhibition deal with the ambivalent relationship between man and nature, the role of art in raising awareness of the need to correct social and ecological injustices, and the need for "aesthetic distance" in topographical documentation of vulnerable bodies and threatening situations. Documenting in his camera (from an airplane) the depth of the Dead Sea retreat - for the topographic changes that took place in it - created a shaky contradiction between abstract and mesmerizing colors of beauty, knowing that this aesthetic reflects an irreversible, man-made ecological disaster.
