Galon engages in painting, photography, digital media and poetry writing, without separating the visual and verbal work. Galon is an amputated IDF invalid, who overcame his limitations and did not give up art, which serves as a tool of expression.
Uri Galon - lives and works in Tel Aviv and Kfar Yona. Graduate of the Art College (1981 - 1983) and various advanced studies in Israel and around the world. Gal-On is a disabled left-handed IDF invalid - his dominant 'former' hand. He presents his works in Israel and around the world and they are in private and public collections. He has published three artist books.
